Warehouse Order Selector/ShippingClient is seeking warehouse order selectors for temp to hire opportunities supporting distribution center operations. This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance. Training is available in both English and Spanish. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. All employees must be able to follow safety procedures and training instructions. Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.Use voice-controlled system to select full case grocery, frozen and/or other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack. Headsets will be worn throughout entire shift. Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 60 lbs. overhead, throughout an entire shift. Please ensure candidates are fully aware of the physical requirements of this role prior to submission. Workers will be responsible for individually lifting and moving products as part of their regular job duties.
